Kyle Irvin – Kyle Irvin is an Attorney and Partner at the Crary Huff Law Firm where he practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, corporations and real estate. Kyle has worked in the Estate Planning industry for 20 years helping clients of all shapes and sizes. Kyle has successfully handled trust and estate cases in both the Iowa Supreme Court and Nebraska Supreme Court. Kyle is the past president of the Iowa Trust Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel (IATEC) and is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Kyle is also a past president of the Iowa State Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Section and the Siouxland Estate Planning Council. He has additionally served as an adjunct instructor at Briar Cliff University, South Dakota State University, and the University of South Dakota School of Law.
Mary Vandenack – Mary Vandenack, ACTEC, COLPM®, CAP®, and Accredited Estate Planner® (Distinguished), is a leading expert in tax, business, real estate, asset protection, philanthropy, and estate planning. She provides tailored guidance to business owners on growth, succession, and legacy planning. A member of the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame, Mary serves as Nebraska State Chair for ACTEC and teaches at Creighton University School of Law. She hosts the “Legal Visionaries” podcast, covering law, business, and technology. Recognized for innovation, she received the ABA’s James I. Keane Award and was inducted into Women of Legal Tech. A prolific writer and speaker, Mary contributes to Mary contributes to Leimberg Services and presents nationally on estate planning, asset protection, and business succession—often integrating wellness through yoga and mindfulness.
